WAPOMEDIA House Establishment in 2016

WAPOMEDIA House is an initiative founded by Archbishop Prof. Sylvester Gamanywa, strategically located at WMI-HQ Mbezi Beach, Plots 50/51, Kerai Street, Jogoo, Bagamoyo Rd., Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. This media house serves as a central hub for all media-related programs under the umbrella of WAPO MISSION INTERNATIONAL.

Vision

WAPOMEDIA platforms working as one for all WAPO Mission International media related programs.

Mission

To integrate, coordinate and cooperate all media platforms being used by WAPO Mission International as one WAPOMEDIA to deliver uniform communication to the organization’s publics.

Main Focus

The main focus of this integration and coordination of WAPOMEDIA platforms are WMI’s periodical programs. Every year the WMI comes up with a specific program(s) for implementation. Therefore, WAPOMEDIA, as a collective body of all platforms must plan to provide media support for the program(s).

Objectives

1. To bring together WAPOMEDIA platforms and make them deliver as one.
2. To run effective media campaigns for WAPO Mission International programs.
3. To have a common library of materials that can be used by all WAPOMEDIA platforms for their activities.
4. To enhance cooperation among WAPOMEDIA personnel.
